Our SMARTBOX location in Seattle was excited to help the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society host a successful event in Tacoma, WA again this year! The Light the Night walk was held on September 21, 2013 at the Ruston Way waterfront and raised over $100K. These funds will aid in the patient support services, advocacy and important research funding that the LLS provides to those suffering from blood cancers.

The SMARTBOX units which are normally used by customers for storage and moving were provided for the event helped the staff and volunteers to smoothly organize and store goods in advance of the walk and because our SMARTBOX units are portable they were able to deploy those items efficiently at the event. This in turn allowed the workers to focus on hosting the best walk possible! The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is a great organization that SMARTBOX is always happy to support!
